This two phase road reconstruction project involved approximately 6,600 lf of linear frontage. This roadway interests a number of collector streets, runs adjacent to an active recreational facility, and serves as a primary thoroughfare for two schools. As part of the roadway improvements, the vertical alignment of lowered up to two feet to provide a greater sight distance from an interesting road way and to provide for a flatter landing area. This project involved the installation of granite block curbing to provide an appropriate pavement width, installation of bike lanes, replacement of sidewalk, drainage and profile improvements, driveway replacement, and milling and resurfacing of the entire length of roadway.
