Energy Modeling 101

This commissioning seminar is designed to provide a general overview of the commissioning process for a broad audience, including architects, engineers, construction managers, general contractors, building owners and commissioning agents. The overall goal is to achieve the learning objectives without diving deep into the technical aspects. It will cover the commissioning process, typical scope items, industry standards and overall benefits.

Accessibility for Existing Buildings

This seminar will provide an overview of accessibility requirements for the alteration of existing commercial structures as defined in the 2015 edition of the model Existing Building Code and local provisions adopted within the Commonwealth of Virginia. The discussion will focus on intent as well as the application of code requirements, and provide a basis for the correct application of the code during the architectural and interior design process.

Server Rooms Educational Session for Architectural Professionals
