Bowman Consulting was selected by the Middlesex Water Authority to prepare a study to determine if there are viable water sources to serve the Lower Middlesex County and the Deltaville area. Bowman was chosen for our experience in Middlesex County, for our extensive experience working with the Virginia Department of Health to obtain construction financing and for our extensive experience with USDA financing.
