Project Highlights

Southwest Gas Replacement Program

Various Locations, AZ

Bowman provides on-call planning and survey services to this statewide utility expansion program. The team delivers right-of-way analysis, topographic surveys, construction stake outs and as built surveys. Includes steel transmission and distribution main replacement, HDD design, neighborhood grid and service replacement, and new development. Also provides pressure test construction, tie-in and corrosion protection details, regulator station design, cost estimates and client/city coordination.

Confidential Leach Pad Phase II

Bowman performed value engineering and design optimization for the phase II design of a leach pad in a canyon with aggressive slopes (~2.5H:1V). The design included liner subgrade, geomembrane and GCL, solution collecting pipe network, and overliner drain rock.

Project Talon II Admin/Data Center

Provided preliminary topographic and ALTA surveys, preparation and processing of the site plan through the city, design for permitting for the renovation of parking and loading dock facilities, storm drainage analysis and design, fire line plans, coordination with security consultant Aronson Security Group (ASG) for detailed security perimeter.

Maricopa Unified School District

This project involved topographic survey, new sewer design to replace existing septic system and complete onsite and offsite civil design services, including grading and drainage, domestic water, private fire line, 4 tennis courts, 2 large parking lots, 2 bus drop-offs, all weather running track, football, baseball and softball fields.

ASARCO Ray Mine Big Box Lake Dredging

Pinal County, AZ

Bowman is providing construction management services that includes mechanical dredging of approximately 1M cubic yards of sediment, haulage, and disposition of dredged materials to a stockpile area 1.75 miles from the reservoir dam.

The Havenly at Fountain Hills

Fountain Hills, AZ

Bowman’s first Build for Rent project with one- and two-story units, this 16-acre site is located on the rolling hills of Fountain Hills and features 147 units of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes with high-end amenities, a paseo through the middle of the site, and private gathering areas for each unit.

Clifton Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant

Bowman provided a PER and Design to replace a trickling filter Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) with a new 200,000 gpd Moving Bed Biological Reactor (MBBR) treatment plant installed inside of the existing concrete treatment tank. Design elements included rehabilitation of the existing influent pump station and existing operations building, a standby generator, and demolition of existing WWTP components. Additional services included surveying and civil design.

CTC on Marley Park

Located in the prestigious Marley Park Community, this 173 unit, 14.7 acre development features two-bedroom or duplex one-bedroom single story homes with high-end amenities and private backyards. Bowman provided planning, entitlement support, site planning, preliminary and final engineering, and construction support services.

Layton Lakes

Bowman provides its core design and surveying services to design a 550-lot master planned lake side community. The team was required to work closely with multiple local and federal municipal authorities as well as exiting adjacent property owners to deliver the project amid a turbulent residential real estate market.
