Madbush Falls

Waitsfield, VT

Madbush Falls – Riders’ Outpost was an exciting project involved a complete rehabilitation and transformation of an abandoned old motel and bar known as the Madbush Alpine Chalet in Waitsfield, VT along VT Route 100 a few miles from the Sugarbush Ski Resort.

Costco Permitting & Design

Colchester, VT

Our team has worked with Costco since its beginnings here in Vermont. Costco opened up their doors in 1992 when the original building was constructed in Colchester. Since then, we have assisted Costco with adding a few small additions to the site like the tire center over the years.

Planned Unit Development (PUD) Project

South Burlington, VT

This mixed-use space is a large industrial building that is being re-purposed, and will provide maker space, bicycle repair, work from “home” space, storage, and more. Progress on this project has included extending the bike path to encourage non-vehicular traffic.

Twin Farms Resort

Barnard, VT

The Twin Farms Resort project involved a series of renovations, expansions and new units to the Forbes Travel #1 5-star small luxury hotel and resort in the quaint and quiet town of Barnard, Vermont. Our team was retained to provide surveying, site/civil engineering, permitting, environmental and construction engineering services.

Our team completed work for Mitchwartz Properties, which included demolishing two existing single-family ranch-style homes and constructing a 2-story building with medical oﬃce space on the ﬁrst ﬂoor and 6 one-bedroom units on the second ﬂoor.
