(Bowman) announced today its New Jersey offices were among an elite group of builders, remodelers and supporting professionals honored with an Award of Excellence recently by the Metropolitan Builders and Contractors Association of New Jersey at a ceremony at Dolce Hotel in Basking Ridge.The coveted awards recognize some of the best building and remodeling projects in the area. More than 250 people attended the awards ceremony.
Bowman was recognized for Site Design – Multi-Family/Mixed Use Building for Willow Pond Village in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. The project is a 70 unit affordable housing community developed by Ingerman Company LLC.
Bowman also won an award for Site Design – Stormwater Management for Estling Village in Denville, New Jersey. An innovative solution was developed by our team of professionals to satisfy NJDEP, NJ Transit and municipal requirements.Our client for this 100 unit luxury rental apartment project is JMF Properties
