Bowman continues to serve Chico’s as their Site Development Engineer as they aggressively grow and expand. The original 27-acre site served the corporation for design, research, marketing and other administrative functions. Deciding to expand its current location, adjacent parcels of vacant and developed lands were purchased and extensive renovation, facility expansion and upgrades continue on the now approximately 58-acre site.
