Our team provided plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E) for Lincoln Park Entrance at the Broadway intersection in the City of Anaheim. Improvements included the creation of designated parking stalls and additional parking; construction of new sidewalks, curbs, and gutters in compliance with ADA regulations, pavement reconstruction and recommendations, signage and striping enhancements, solutions for eliminating ponding water, and the installation of a new monument sign. Our team coordinated with city departments to obtain all applicable permits / approvals to complete the project. Additional activities included verifying the existing water, electric and sewer facilities for the future development of an on-site restroom.
