Bowman prepared conceptual layouts for this 2-story data center expansion totaling nearly 500,000 sq.-ft. Bowman conducted confidential discussions with the zoning department, confidential pre-application meetings with the review team to expedite the process, preparation of preliminary plans for review and early construction cost estimates.
Cloud Center
This 2-story cloud center includes ring road, parking, stormwater management and utility extensions. Bowman provided annexation and rezoning of the unincorporated parcel, annexation agreement negotiation, conceptual layout, confidential meetings with the zoning department, preliminary plans, final construction documents, permitting and weekly OAC meetings.
