Provided land planning and landscape architecture services for the bridging document design of the 9-acre neighborhood park located in Ocean View Hills. The project site is bound by Dennery Rd. to the south and Parkview housing development to the west and Otay Valley Regional Park to the north.
The park will include amenities such as multi-purpose turf field, multi-purpose sport court, children’s play area, picnic facilities, walkways, parking, lighting, hardscape, planting, irrigation, signage, trail head, exercise equipment, dog park, skate plaza, pump track and restrooms.
