Bowman provided entitlement, design, engineering, and platting services for a 1,709-acre master planned community in Casa Grande, AZ. With the first phase designed and built, Bowman was hired to incorporate revisions to the remaining phases and accommodate adjustments in arterial roadway alignments, and park acreage as required by the City. Design adjustments were also made to account for noise contours for the airport. The project was constrained by an existing commercial corner, operational schools, and existing residences all within the first phase. Bowman was able to provide its design solution while navigating the need to connect with existing road and utility infrastructure, water sources, and occupied residences.
