Kennedy Space Center’s Visitor Center Debus Conference Center

Brevard County, FL
Bowman provided its survey expertise to inventory and locate improvements around Kennedy Space Center in preparation for expansion plans. The team had to navigate security controls as well as legacy control points to ensure the newly generated data properly integrated with its historic database.

South Florida Water Management District, Surveying & Mapping Services Contract

Bowman is the prime consultant performing general surveying and mapping services in support of projects across the South Florida Water Management District's 16 counties of responsibility. Services performed under this contract include boundary surveys, topographic surveys, right-of-way surveys, and hydrographic surveys.

WaWa

Various Locations, FL, GA, VA
Engineering services for over 50 WaWa projects. Services include entitlements and development of strategic plans for market-driven initiatives. Also provided representation at public hearings and workshops, technical assistance for prototype stores, Chapter 527 TIA Reports, traffic impact studies, etc.

FDOT District 4 Continuing Services

St. Lucie County, FL
Bowman is performing surveying, mapping and SUE services across Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties. Under this program, our team helps to enhance and improve Florida's roadways all while utilizing the latest standards in maintenance of traffic to ensure the safety of our team and the traveling public.

City of Fort Myers Bicycle & Pedestrian Master Plan

City of Fort Myers Bicycle & Pedestrian Master Plan is part of an ongoing general planning consulting contract for the Lee County MPO. Efforts included an extensive inventory of existing bicycle and pedestrian facilities, literature research, a needs assessment, agency coordination, and a robust public outreach process.

Fort Pickens Pedestrian Pier

Fort Pickens, FL
Our team of experts worked with the Army Corps of Engineers (COE) to perform a controlled topographic survey at Fort Pickens Beach to establish control points for the piles to accommodate the building of a pedestrian pier. The survey was controlled because artifacts had been discovered close to the proposed construction site.

National Flight Academy and Exhibit Hanger

Pensacola, FL
This project included the design and permitting of the National Flight Academy and Exhibit Hanger at the Museum of Naval Aviation on board Pensacola Naval Air Station.

Coconut Point

Estero, FL
Bowman helped to bring this unique concept of managing urban living with retail shopping to Southwest Florida. Our team provided site/civil engineering, survey, landscape architecture and construction phase services for the project – the largest of its kind in the United States.

FDOT Traffic Operations Safety Studies

District 6, FL
As a consultant on this task order-based contract, the team performs work and is responsible for managing sub-consultant teams in the preparation and submittal of various types of traffic studies and assessments. This includes safety studies, qualitative assessments, signal warrant analyses, intersection analyses, arterial analyses, left‐turn phase warrant analyses, supplemental tasks and fatal crash reviews.
