Our firm provided engineering design services for highway and traffic signal improvements associated with the Black Horse Pike Shopping Center. We designed improvement plans for the roadway and site access in accordance with NJDOT’s Highway Access Permit (HAP) process. In addition, traffic signal improvements were necessary at the intersections of Nicholson Road (County Road 635)/Site Access/Electric Company Access and North Merchant Street/Black Horse Pike. Finally, we provided the design plans to secure a County Road Opening Permit at the intersection of Nicholson Road/Site Access/Electric Company Access.
