Bowman worked as a subcontractor to the project design engineer. We provided land surveying, right-of-entry coordination, construction plans review and Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) support for the design and construction of a portion of Farm to Market 110 (San Marcos Loop) from the McCarty Lane intersection to State Highway 123.
Land surveying services included right-of-entry procurement, design survey (tree and topographic), and parcel maps development for right-of-way (ROW) acquisition. Bowman provided comprehensive QA/QC for all project engineering drawings and managed all governmental/public liaison coordination services with Hays County.
