Bowman provided design for the 3.8-acre site that required engineering efforts from a detailed site plan through final engineering and surveying. Additionally, the team is responsible for permitting and construction oversight once designs are completed. This site consists of a 6-story building with a total of 119 units including an indoor pool and other surrounding amenities. Frontage roadway improvements were required in two locations for the project including a project entrance to accommodate the existing roadway features. The project conditions of approval required the completion of the ultimate roadway right-of-way building in accordance with county standards and specifications. This build-out includes roadway widening, street trees, street lights and the design of an entrance to accommodate an existing county stormwater management facility.
