Landmark at Radburn is a 12-acre development consisting of twelve, three-story buildings, providing a total of 165 residential units of with a portion allocated for affordable housing. Located within walking distance of the Radburn train station, the site layout incorporates a neo-traditional neighborhood design with most of the townhomes facing open space/pocket parks. Garages and parking areas are located along alleys, away from the pedestrian oriented open space. Bowman provided all preliminary and final site plans, prepared a boundary and topographic survey, conducted a traffic impact study, and obtained all necessary local, county, and state permits.
