Bowman has partnered with Parker’s Kitchen on multiple sites in to provide site planning and design, for their convenience store, gas station, and truck stop developments. The stores are approx. 5,000 sq. ft. and sites range from 3-6 acres. Services provided include site, utility and drainage and stormwater management design, permitting and rezoning services for new ground-up sites as well as raze and rebuild sites. Permitting included working with the Cities, Counties, South Carolina Department of Transformation, and South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. Permitting was conducted with applicable Local, State and Federal agencies. Select sites include electrical engineering design for Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations.
