Bowman’s client for this project used BIM 360 to digitize, archive and manage historic plant drawings. The client plans on using the digitized historic drawings in the field to trouble shoot problems, repair or otherwise improve mineral process plant facilities. Bowman was contracted to scan historic drawings and organize drawing files for easy retrieval using laptops and notepads in the field. Our team migrated existing drawing storage system into BIM 360 input meta-data to allow for easy retrieval of information.
