This 6,000 sq. ft. convenience store is located on 2.42 acres in the Seguin ETJ,
Guadalupe County, TX. The project involved demolishing the existing store, fuel
pumps, and septic system. Our team partnered with the architect and design team
to redesign and permit the new multi-purpose commercial development, which
includes retail space and fuel sales. This project is one of the first sites for the new
convenience store/gas station brand, “Halftime”.
