This single family residential subdivision consisted of 698 homes and an amenity
center located on a 122-acre tract within the City of San Antonio. Our team
coordinated the master planning efforts for this development which consisted of
construction over three phases. We designed the sewer, water, grading and drainage
for the neighborhood and associated amenity center. Our also coordinated with
TxDOT and the City of San Antonio in order to obtain driveway access, and utility
connections within their right of ways. In addition to public utilities, our team also
provided underground storm drain and onsite detention to mitigate increases
in runoff from the development. We also provided construction administration
services which included site inspections, water/sewer main inspections and as-built
documents for SAWS approval.
