Bowman provided landscape architecture, planning, engineering, surveying and environmental consulting services within Areas E, F, and G (aka the ‘Central Green’) within the 1,200-acre Laurel Hill Regional Park.
The Central Green is a large lawn area suitable for a wide range of community uses such as fairs, markets, and holiday celebrations enjoyable by multiple pavilions, picnic grounds, multi-aged playgrounds and open meadow areas. The development also included the design of a 230-parking lot, utility upgrades and innovative stormwater management facilities. Future phase within Area G will include new restroom facilities and site lighting improvements.
