Bowman is providing customer outreach and land acquisition on an undergrounding program for a major utility provider in Florida.
Working closely with the engineering and construction teams, Bowman manages the full scope of land services supporting the program. This includes reviewing and coordinating design revisions, preparing exhibits, conducting title research, and negotiating easements and other agreements with landowners. Bowman also facilitates construction coordination to keep the program moving.
To keep pace with the program’s scale and complexity, Bowman developed a custom online database that provides real-time project tracking and reporting for all stakeholders, ensuring that easement status, landowner communications and construction readiness are always visible and up to date.
