Operating under a master services agreement (MSA), Bowman provides right-of-way and land acquisition services for Midwest utility company.
Our team manages all aspects of land rights acquisition, providing direct engagement with landowners to negotiate easements, fee acquisitions and compensation for damages and crop loss, as well as coordination of condemnation activities when required. To date, Bowman has managed more than 80 projects under this MSA, spanning new electric transmission line construction, infrastructure rebuilds and gas pipeline acquisitions.
Bowman’s long-standing presence on this program has produced deep institutional knowledge of the client’s processes, established working relationships with the client’s project managers and trusted connections with landowner communities across northern Indiana, including agricultural operators, seed corn farmers and Amish communities.
