Bowman provided permitting support services, urban design and construction drawings for the entire site of the Greater Burlington Vermont YMCA with a focus on aesthetics and ADA accessibility.
Scope includes entry plaza, outdoor seating, bicycle parking, granite retaining walls, fencing, stairways, site landscape, lighting, and specialty detailing work. Additionally, Bowman provided specialty design and details for an outdoor play space with safety surfacing, outdoor classroom activities, discovery learning areas, nature explore program spaces, activity and performance spaces.
