In coordination with Metrolink and the cities of Montebello and Commerce, Bowman prepared a comprehensive report identifying and addressing all ADA accessibility deficiencies at 11 Metrolink Stations. Following completion of the report, the team developed a Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) package to remediate all identified deficiencies and bring all stations into full ADA compliance.
