Bowman provided the commissioning services for the HVAC and electrical systems for the law offices of Finnegan and partners. The project consisted of 172,000 sq. ft. of second-generation commercial office space. Our services included the fundamental commissioning of the MEP systems including HVAC controls, VAV boxes, exhaust air and supply air fans, electric heaters (unit, wall, and cabinet), energy management system, water heaters, lighting controls and building automation systems.
