Bowman was selected to provide civil and structural engineering services for the first standalone battery energy storage system (BESS) in California. Our scope of work included delivering detailed engineering at 30%, 60%, 90% and issue for construction (IFC) stages, ensuring complete compliance with the client’s scope and California’s regulatory requirements.
Structural engineering services included a thorough review of the project’s geotechnical report to guarantee design met all necessary criteria for safety and performance.
