Bowman Consulting Group, Ltd., a national design firm headquartered in Reston, Virginia and Tucson, Arizona based WestLand Resources, Inc. are pleased to announce that Bowman is acquiring WestLand’s land development engineering practice in both the Phoenix and Tucson metropolitan areas.
