Bowman Consulting today announced that Faris Abboushi, PE, MBA, LEED AP has accepted the Director of Engineering position in Bowman’s Austin, Texas office. Mr. Abboushi transferred from Bowman’s Fairfax, Virginia office in mid-March to take the Director of Engineering position.
“When I was presented with this amazing opportunity, I could not pass it up. I love Austin, and worked in this market for 11 years before moving to Northern Virginia. I’m thrilled to be in a position to help our office expand and take advantage of the growth we’re seeing in all the sectors we serve.” said Mr. Abboushi.

Mr. Abboushi has over 15 years of successful project experience in all aspects of operations management, project management and land development including single and multi-family residential, large retail and commercial, and urban infill projects nationwide.
The Austin, Texas office employs more than 30 employees and offers a full spectrum of services including civil engineering, land surveying, and environmental consulting.
