Real professional growth happens over time, in conversations and in the willingness to look at things a little differently.
That’s what this year’s Linchpin program was all about. After nine months together, Bowman’s latest cohort wrapped up the experience in Reston, VA, having spent time building self-awareness, strengthening communication and challenging how they show up as leaders.
A big part of the program focused on learning how to better understand others, rethink assumptions and connect in more meaningful ways. Along the way, the group built strong relationships and created space for honest, open conversations that went beyond day-to-day work.
The program closed with a graduation that recognized just how far the group had come, including one participant earning both the Carlos Award and the Exhibit Award—a rare combination that reflects both leadership and the ability to connect with others.
Linchpin is just one example of how Bowman invests in its people. It’s part of a broader mix of professional development programs designed to help employees grow and keep learning at every stage of their careers.
