Senior program manager Mandy Leesch has been named to the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s 2026 Forty Under 40 class. The annual recognition honors emerging leaders across Northwest Arkansas and the Fort Smith metropolitan area for their professional achievements and contributions to their communities.
Leesch joined Bowman in 2025 in a newly created role supporting the growth and development of the firm’s national client program. Working across seven offices and multiple disciplines, she helps align teams, strengthen client relationships and standardize processes supporting complex, multistate development programs. Her leadership has contributed to the expansion of a key national client account from projects in three states to 16 states. She also built and leads a team based in Northwest Arkansas.

Beyond her role at Bowman, Leesch is a founding board member and current president of CREW Northwest Arkansas, a chapter of the global Commercial Real Estate Women network. She helped establish the chapter in 2024 to expand professional development, mentorship and industry connections for women in commercial real estate throughout the region.
The chapter has since grown to more than 100 members representing more than 60 companies across 22 disciplines. Leesch is also leading the development of CREW Careers, an initiative focused on introducing K-12 students, particularly young women, to career opportunities in commercial real estate.
Leesch, alongside her fellow 2026 Forty Under 40 honorees, was recently recognized during the program’s annual luncheon. This year’s class marks the program’s 30th year celebrating emerging leaders for their professional achievements and community involvement.
