Patrick Chelin, PE, has joined Bowman as principal and Denver branch manager.
In this role, Patrick will continue to establish Bowman as a premier full-service provider of real estate services across Colorado, including civil engineering with an emphasis on master planned communities, mixed-use, redevelopments and infrastructure and entitlement solutions. He will also leverage his industry connections and reputation to build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients while expanding the Denver office with top talent.

Over the past two decades, Patrick has been instrumental in the master planning, design and implementation of numerous high-profile projects. The projects include The Aurora Highlands, the Central Park (formerly Stapleton) redevelopment and the Baseline development. Additionally, he has provided entitlement and civil design services for numerous buildings throughout the Denver Metro area.
