Our interns made a lot of things happen this summer, including planning a team get together for their office.
Across Bowman, interns and early-career employees took the lead on organizing summer events as part of the You Belong at Bowman initiative. They handled everything from proposals to logistics, working with managers to pull it all together.
By the time everything came together, it felt less like an event and more like a get-together. Teammates, families and even nearby offices joined in on the fun. And beyond the BBQs, interns are contributing to projects and getting hands-on experience every step of the way.
