Every year, teams across Bowman take time to celebrate the different backgrounds and experiences that make up who they are. And like always, each office found its own way to celebrate, whether through potlucks, sharing stories or just taking a moment to learn something new about the people around them.
There was plenty of good food, but the real focus was connection. It gave everyone a chance to step away from the day-to-day, have a few conversations they might not normally have and appreciate what each person brings to the team.
Diversity is a daily celebration at Bowman, but we value the opportunity to come together once a year and celebrate what makes each of us unique.
