Bowman provided various professional services for this 346,400 sq. ft. warehouse facility located in Baltimore City, Maryland. The Bowman team was responsible for the planning and design of stormwater management, storm drain layouts, water and sanitary sewer alignments, erosion and sediment control staging, permitting, as well as retrofit design for stormwater pond conversion. Bowman attended project hearings and public meetings, client progress meetings, and handled coordination with the project architects, MEP, and other team members during design and construction.
