Bowman provided surveying services including boundary verification, topographic survey, legal descriptions and a minor land division plan. Bowman was responsible for engineering design of site civil improvement plans for the 41-acre site. Additionally, Bowman designed off-site improvements adjacent to the site, which required extensive coordination and completion of agreements between ADOT and MCDOT in order to get the project through all the jurisdictional processes and into construction documents. During the construction phase, Bowman continued to provide construction support including construction staking, site meetings and continued response to contractor Requests For Information, and as-built drawings.
