Bowman provided construction quality assurance (CQA) services. The project includes site preparation, utility abandonment, earthwork for the stability buttress, Gila and San Pedro River crossings, constructed drainage to the emergency ponds and emergency channel, storm water management systems, and other improvements. Bowman was responsible of all field engineering and inspections including project management and construction quality assurance (CQA).
