AutoZone is the largest aftermarket automotive parts and accessories retailer in the US. For the last eight years, our North Carolina team has been awarded over 60 contracts spanning across North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia to provide civil / site engineering services. While each project had its own set of challenges, the team maintained consistency while exceeding the client’s expectations and staying within budget.
The scope included a preliminary site plan showing the proposed building, parking, buffers, access driveway and other items required for client review, and prepared the required preliminary site plan applications and calculations for the site plan submittal. The team also prepared the required civil construction documents for the proposed development and worked with the relevant local and state jurisdictions to gain approval for the required permits.
