This project was for the design of a 1.3-mile-long 12″ pipeline, carrying natural gas from the Ballie Trust Well Pad to the Myers Well Pad. The project was on a very tight deadline for tree clearing due to restrictions mandated by the Department of Environmental Protection, in southwestern Pennsylvania, to protect the endangered Indian Bat. This challenge was amplified due to route adjustments per landowner stipulations. Bowman was able to successfully meet the expedited deadline by maintaining clear communication and efficient coordination with the client’s land, engineering, and construction management teams.
