Bowman provided civil engineering, landscape architecture and surveying services for the second phase of this large redevelopment project along the banks of the Delaware River. The project consists of multi-family housing with 157 townhouses and 176 apartment units, and an amphitheater and shade structure overlooking the Delaware River. The large development houses several hundred rental units, commercial and retail spaces, and a variety of public uses and amenities including a proposed RiverLine transit stop, riverfront promenade and boardwalk. The development also preserves wetlands and eagle foraging buffers.
