Bowman provided a detailed topographic survey and preliminary engineering services to facilitate initial discussions with Calvert County officials and included a concept plan to illustrate the improvements relating to the proposed solar panels. The plan also identified access to the solar panels, provided a rough outline of the solar panel layout, and illustrated a preliminary grading and stormwater management mitigation concept. Final engineering services included a site plan, traffic study waiver, stormwater management report, storm drain computations, wetland delineation report, forest conservation worksheet, erosion & sediment control exemption, and Health Department exemption.
