Bowman prepared ALTA/ACSM surveys on both properties, as well as a detailed topographic survey including necessary road frontage surveying. Approximately 25 acres of topography were required on the Bradley farm site, and approximately 35 acres of topography were required on the Carter farm site, as a minimum 75-foot overlap around the perimeter of the proposed solar panels were performed. Bowman also flagged the limits of tree clearing for use in analysis of the existing tree canopy, and for use in clearing the trees for construction. In addition, Bowman provided computation and stakeout on the solar panel piles for construction. Bowman also managed wetland delineation and permitting and geotechnical subconsultants.
