Bowman provided the mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for BTI360’s beautiful 30,000 sq. ft. build-out. At a time where many companies were leaving their offices and opting for a work-from-home model, BTI360 decided to work with Fox Architects and the Bowman design team to create a flexible and dynamic space. The new office is full of hubs and collaborative spaces to host internal classes, hackathons, technical meetups and team building events. In addition to workspace and a new SCIF for the BTI360 team and subcontractors, the office also includes some unique features including a Zen room to relax, a large multi-person conference room with operable partitions that open up to the lobby creating a large meeting/ event space, and a sound-proof kids room where parents can work in sight of their children. Bowman provided an energy efficient lighting control system with dimming throughout and user-friendly controls to help compliment the colorful and unique space.
