Bowman performed the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for the 105,000 sq. ft. Reston Town Center office of Peraton. The project involves the design and construction administration for four floors of corporate office space. The project also includes five SCIF spaces totaling 8,000 sq. ft. The design modified the existing base building VAV system to meet the new tenant layout, and design new dedicated units to serve the new mission critical spaces. The electrical design consists of a new lighting, fire alarm and raceways for low voltage systems. Plumbing design included new men’s and women’s restrooms to supplement the building core restrooms as well as tenant pantry and kitchen plumbing services.
