Twenty-eight acre site for construction of new district office, warehouse, bus facility and 4000 LF of half street improvements for a major arterial roadway. We provided civil engineering design services for Durango Road, which included paving, sewer, and public water. Our team also provided onsite design for the 26 acre District Office facility, which included grading/drainage, all site utilities, drainage and retention studies, parking lot and pavement design, storm water pollution prevention planning and construction management. Our survey department performed aerial, ALTA/ACSM, boundary and topographic surveys. We provided a map of dedication, legal description and exhibits for water and sewer easements. We prepared easements and coordination to assist with donation of 2 acre parcel on property to Global Water. We also provided construction staking and as-builts for the onsite development and the offsite sewer and roadway construction on Durango Road.
