The Caliber Collision-Bowman relationship is a national program which covers four states: Colorado, Arizona, Florida, and South Carolina. Bowman provides initial ALTA and design survey services for the development of a new Caliber Collision centers and engineering services including Special Use Permit preparation and processing, as well as planning document processing and approvals. Bowman also prepares full construction documents including stormwater management design, water and sewer design, storm sewer design as well as grading and earthwork optimization. Extensive coordination with the architecture and landscape architecture teams is required to obtain all permits in a timely manner. The facilities included are 16,900 sq.ft. with four bays on each side, a paint booth (which required special permitting), and involved substantial screening requirements.
