Bowman has provided capital project control services for mine facility construction projects that have included MFL and ROM leach pads, electrical sub-stations, heavy duty truck shop wash rack and others. Bowman’s project control services include the following: develop new techniques and/or improved processes to analyze project cost, productivity and schedule, review project analysis on budget tracking, financial forecasting, project evaluation and monitoring and challenges to ensure project supports goals and objectives and develop project forecasts and conduct budget and schedule variance analysis.
Our team also reviews performance indicators and identifies areas that need remedy, determined and implement appropriate change management processes for the project, escalates and works to resolve issues that serve as roadblocks and/or place project objectives at risk, identifies and provides visibility into trade-offs between options, while identifying recommended approach, performs project close-out steps to include identifying lessons learned/best practices to inform the success of future projects, and finally applies continuous improvement methodologies throughout the project management lifecycle
