Bowman provided multidisciplinary survey, engineering, permitting, environmental and GIS services for Catamount Outdoor Family Center. The work supported updates to the center’s trail maps, trail signage, wetlands documentation and related site planning needs.
Bowman worked with Catamount staff to compile existing mountain bike and cross-country ski trail information and collect field-verified trail and site data. The team organized the information into GIS-based maps that supported public use, race events and long-term trail management.
Bowman maintained close coordination with Catamount’s trail map committee and board, using stakeholder feedback to shape map content, hierarchy and presentation. The resulting deliverables included digital maps for the Catamount website, printed handout maps and large-format display boards that improved wayfinding, supported race events and enhanced the visitor experience.
