The project included the development of a retirement village with 1,500 independent living units and 512 assisted living and extended skilled care units located within 16 buildings on 232 acres. Bowman designed a challenging grading plan which connected all buildings to allow for a mile walk without a severe grade change. Stormwater and wetlands protection were also key goals.
