Our firm conducted a field observation/evaluation of the physical and operational characteristics of the vehicle queue lanes at an existing Checkers facility in the South Jersey area. The study included documentation of queue lengths at the existing facility during peak periods and summarized concerns regarding potential vehicle queuing at the proposed drive-thru lanes of the building.
